TiO2-V2O5-K2O系湿敏陶瓷材料的改性研究

【摘要】 研究了添加正硅酸酯[Si(OC2Hs4]对TiO2-V-2O5-K2O(Na2O)湿敏陶瓷材料性能的影响.结果表明:材料是以金红石型TiO2为主相,粒界生成含K+(Na+)离子的硅玻璃相.其中添加聚合度为3.0或2.5的Si(OC2H54,经900℃烧结2h的材料具有较完善的微结构、较高的湿度灵敏度和稳定性.

【Abstract】 In this paper, the effect of the tetraethyl orthosilicate [Si(OC2H5)4] addingto TiO2-V2O5-M2O(M=K, Na) series, humid-sensing ceramic materials have been stud-ied. The result demenstrated that the tetraethyl orthosilicate addition has promoted thesintering, improved the microstructure of materials and raised the humidity sensitivityand the long-term stability of the material. The material was composed of TiO2 (rutile )and formed si-glass phase containing K+ or Na+ in the grain boundary. Particulary, thematerial which added polymerizing the tetraethyl orthosilicate (DP= 3. 0 or 2. 5) andsintered at 900℃ for 2 hours has got higher humidity sensitivity and stability than theno addition one.
