【摘要】 本文对4种主要草原蝗虫各龄蝗蝻及成虫期的食量进行测定。结果表明，蝗虫的食量因种类不同差异很大，同一种类雌虫的日食量远大于雄虫。成虫期日食量有1～2个高峰，均处在交配产卵前的补充营养期。宽须蚁蝗、狭翅雏蝗、邱氏异爪蝗和红翅雏膝蝗的一生食量分别为1292.92、1105.21、2024．49和6814．82mg。根据食量测定将本区草原蝗虫划分为3种食量类型，不同类型在不比例下其混合种群密度的为11．20头／m2时，一年取食牧草鲜重为199．37kg／ha更多还原
