【摘要】 随着汽车工业的发展,制动技术也不断进步。然而,由于高速公路网的延伸和车辆速度的提高,对汽车制动系提出了更高的要求。尤其是制动稳定性和转向性,已成为人们关注的焦点。据对汽车安全性研究揭示,在道路交通事故中,大约10%的事故是由于车辆在制动一瞬间偏离预定轨道或甩尾产生的,因而探讨各种高性能制动系统和完善制动性能是减少事故和促进汽车工业发展的重要措施。八十年代,汽车技术引人注目的成就之一就是防抱制动系统ABS的应用和推广。ABS是由信号感知部件、信号处理控制部件和执行机构组成的,它对制动系统管路压力进行随机调控。该装置可以精确地测出车辆制动时车轮和路面的瞬间状态,并根据测定的数据对制动系统作出及时反应,使车轮与路面始终保持15%~20%的滑移率,最大限度地利用路面峰值附着系数,并保持对转向轮的操纵性和制动过程的稳定性。本文将具体介绍ABS装置的重要性及其发展现状。

【Abstract】 With the development of automobile industry,brake technology has been improved continously.However,due to the stretch of expressway net and raise of vehicle speed, the requirement of brake system is higher and higher. The focus is on steady and steering property of automobile while it braking. According to the research of automobile safety, about 10% of all traffic accidents are because vehicles run off roadway or wave backparts at the moment of braking. In order to reduce traffic accidents and promote the development of automobile industry. many kinds of high-property brake systems have been searched. in the eighties,one of the most important achievements of automobile technology is the application and spread of Anti-lock Brake System.ABS is made up of signal-sensing part, signal controlling part and executive body. It regulates and controls the pressure in brake system randomly. This installation can survey the instantaneous state of wheels and road accurately on vehicle braking, and then affeot brake system according to the data measured. Thus the kept at 15%-25%,and adhesive coefficient at peak value is used as much as possible. So the operation of steering wheels and the steady property on vehicle braking can be ensured. Importance or ABS and its present situation will be discussed in this paper.
