自体全厚皮片表皮内黑色素细胞的超微结构观察

【摘要】 借助超微结构细胞化学方法对豚鼠自体全厚皮片表皮内黑色素细胞(MC)超微结构的动态变化进行了观察。发现术后两周以前MC功能受到损害,功能低下,移植物色泽变浅,1月后MC功能明显增强,同时移植物出现过度色素沉着;3月时MC功能转入抑制状态。结果提示,MC功能与皮片的色泽变化有关,MC功能增强对于移植物色素沉着有重要影响;表皮内黑色素含量的增加可能通过某种发馈途径抑制MC的功能。

【Abstract】 Ultrastructural changes of melanocytes in the epidermis of cutaneous autografts on guinea-pigs were observed dynamically by means of cytochemical methods.In 2 weeks postoperatively ,function of MC Was damaged and grafts became light-colored as well ;while the MC function was augmented followed by hyperpigmentation of the grafts in the first month after surgery;and MC function was inhibited in the third month after operation. The results suggested that the color of the grafts may be relevant to MC function; that augmentation of the function put an important effect on hyperpigmentation of the garfts ; that the increased amount of melanin in the epidermis innibite the function of MC through some feedback route.
