星形胶质细胞在鼠脑损伤修复中的变化

【摘要】 采用昆明种小鼠25只,制成脑损伤模型,分别于术后3天,1、2、3、4周取损伤部位脑组织,做病理切片,观察星形胶质细胞增殖过程。结果:术后3周损伤部位大量星形胶质细胞增生,4周形成胶质瘢痕。

【Abstract】 25 Kunming mice were made into models of traumatic brain injury by surgery. To study the proliferous process of astrocyte,brain tissue at injuried region was excavated and examined pathologically on the third day and once from the first to fouth weed after surgery, respectively. The results showed that there were generous proliferous astrocytes at injuried region in the third week after surgery, arid glial scar in the fouth week.
