【摘要】 应用免疫比浊和发色底物法测定１５例ＡＭＩ患者血浆中的ＡＴ－Ⅲ、ＰＬＧ、α－ＡＰＬ、ＰＴ、ＰＡ、ＦＩＢ。结果显示：ＡＭＩ患者ＡＴ－Ⅲ为８６．４０±３０．４０与对照组１０９．８０±１４．８０相比存在显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；溶栓前、后ＰＴ、ＰＡ、ＦＪＢ、ＰＬＧ、α２－ＡＰＬ有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示上述指标可作为ＡＭＩ辅助诊断、溶栓治疗监护和预防出血的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 ntithrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ),Plasminogen (PL),α2-antiplasmin(α2-APL),fibrinogen(FIB).prothrombin time(PT)and prothrombin activity(PA) were measured before and after thrombolytic treatment in 15 patients suffer-ing from their early attack of acute myocardial infaretion(AMI).The result suggested that AT-Ⅲ activity of AMI decreased(P<0.05) compared to control,which indicated the existence of an abnormal procoagulant state.Compared to pretreatment values ,PLG,α2-APL,PT and pro-thrombin activity decreased remarkably (P<0.01～P<0.001),the largest reduction in fibrinogen observed .No patient had clinical evidence of reinfarction and hemorrhage.更多还原
