【摘要】 研究了大网膜包裹分期气管移植法的可行性和有效性。将８只犬各自的一段颈部气管（６个软骨环）埋入大网膜内，１４日后，再将该段气管带大网膜蒂植入胸段气管中。实验犬全部长期存活。６个月后对移植气管行大体和组织学检查，见移植气管正常，无变形狭窄。表明该气管移植方式安全可行，并可避免自体移植气管发生缺血坏死。更多还原

【Abstract】 n experiment was conducted to investigate the feasibility and efficacy of a new staged transplantation proce-dure for repairing tracheal defect in 8 mongrel dogs.Six-ring cervical tracheas were harvested as autografts and im-planted heterotopically into the greater omentum.Two weeks later,the autografts with their omental pedicles were orthotopically and interpositionally transplanted to thoracic portion of the tracheas that were transected 3cm above the carina.All of the dogs survived well for 6 months until they were sacrificed.The grafts had normal ap-pearance without shrinkage,granulation or necrosis,by gross examination.Histological examination showed the structures of the grafts were intact.The results reveal that reconstruction of tracheal defect with the combined hetero-orthotopic tracheal transplantation procedures is feasible and effective.更多还原
