【Abstract】 The hyponatremia after cervical spinal cord injury has been observed sequcntially in 35 cases. The result showed that the hyponatremia was related to,the cervical spinal cord injury,the degree of injury,infection and fever(P<0.05 ).Our:study suggests that hyponatremia is result of the sympathetic dysfunction and hypoaldos-teronemia.更多还原
