【Abstract】 lasma neuropeptide Y (NPY)concentrations before and after graded running exercise test were measured by radio-immunoassay in patients with spontaneous hypertension and in healthy volunteers.The results showed that in male patients,the NPY concentration before exercise was higher than the control(145±6 vs 128±5pg/ml,p< 0.05).And there was no significant change in NPY concentration after exercise. But in female patients,the NPY concerntration before exercise was not significantly different from the control(124±6 vs 132±7pg/ml)and after exersise it was elevated significantly as the male and the female control volunteers.更多还原
