【摘要】 本文报告了３例自体去Ｔ细胞骨髓与单倍型相同骨髓的混合移植，３例白血病患者均获造血重建，其中２例用染色体分析、ＤＮＡ指纹图或细胞原位杂交方法证实有异体植入，患者临床出现一过性Ⅰ°急性ＧＶＨＤ，移植后无病生存期均明显长于第一次缓解期，一例至今无病存活（３年），另一例无异体植入的证据及ＧＶＨＤ表现，３月后出现复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 hree cases of mixed bone marrow transplantation(BMT)with T cell depleted autologous bone marrow si- multaneously with haploidentical allogeneic bone marrow were done between 1991 to 1992.All three cases of leukemia had hemopoietic reconstitution after BMT. Chromosome analysis,DNA fingerprinting or in situ hyridiza- tion of hemopoietic cells showed chimerisrm after mixed BMT in 2 of 3 cases. The two cases had Ⅰ°acute GVHD clinically and had significantly longer CR period after mixed BMT than the period of their CRl period.One case had disease free survival for 3 years up to the time of report.The third case showed only autologous hemopoietic recovery without allogeneic chimerism and had no GVHD. This patient relapsed later. This pioneer study indicates that mixed transplantation with T cell depleted autologous bone marrow plus haploidentical bone marrow is a novel approach to the possibility of haploidentical bone marrow transplantation.更多还原
