【摘要】 本组为８例下肢深静脉血栓形成病人施行了顺行静脉取栓术，取栓长度可长达８５ｃｍ。本术式的突出优点在于，既能取除深静脉主干内的全部血栓，又不损伤深静脉瓣膜，治疗效果满意，可望提高本病的治愈率及减少深静脉血栓形成后遗症。更多还原

【Abstract】 scending venous thrombectomy had beed performed for 8 patients with deep vein thrombosis of the lower ex- tremeties.All thrombi in the deep vein trunk of the lower extremeties could be removed with this method.The valves of the deep veins could be protected from incompetence,and sequela of postthrombosis could be reduced.Ascending venous thrombectomy has not been described in the litarture.更多还原
