【摘要】 采用李东垣的半夏天麻白术汤治疗癫痫41例,显效19例,占46.34％;有效13例,占31.71％;效差3例,占7.32％;无效6例,占14.63％。总有效率85.37％。同时检测了患者外周血的T细胞亚群CD₃、CD₄、CD₈的百分率均较正常人显著下降,而白细胞介素2受体的百分率却较正常人显著升高。经治疗后CD₃、CD₄的百分率显著回升,白细胞介素2受体百分率则显著下降,但仍未恢复至正常水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 41 cases of epilepsy were treated with the decoction, created by Li Dongyuan. Among them, there were 19 cases showing obvious effect (46. 34%); 13 cases effect (31. 71%); 3 cases slight effect (7. 32%); and 6 cases no effect (14. 63%). The total effective rate was 85. 37%. Before treatment, the percentage of CD3, CD4 and CD8 of T-cell subpopulation was decreased obviously and the percentage of interleukin a-receptor was increased notably. After treatment , the percentage of CD3 and CD4 was lifted obviously and the percentage of interleukin a-receptor was descended notably. But they were still not revovered to the normal levels.更多还原
