【摘要】 对８６例急性白血病（ＡＬ）采用形态学、免疫学、细胞遗传学（ＭＩＬ）分型。６４例ＡＬ在疾病过程中进行动态观察。结果显示，免疫学、细胞遗传学变化与临床转归密切相关，姐妹染色单体交换频率的动态观察分析比染色体核型变化更为敏感、简单、迅速，可作为ＡＬ患儿病情变化、判断疗效和预后的重要监测指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dynamic observations of MIC classification in 86 cases of acute leukemia(AL)were studied.The clinical value of dynamic changes of MIC was analysed. The results indicated that there is astrong correlation between the dynamic changes of immunology and chromosome karyotype andthe clinical outcome in 64 cases of AL. The analysis of dynamic observations of the frequency ofsister chromatid exchange(SCE)was more sensitive, simple and prompt than that ofchromosome aberration ,and the former plays an important role in observing the state of theillness,therapeutic effect and prognosis of AL.更多还原
