重组人集落刺激因子对脐带血和骨髓造血祖细胞体外培养的影响

【摘要】 分别应用单层琼脂培养和甲基纤维素培养方法,同期观察了重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)、重组人粒单细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)、重组人白细胞介素-3(rhIL-3)和红细胞生成素(EPO),对脐带血和骨髓造血祖细胞的影响。结果显示:脐带血中含有丰富的造血祖细胞,其早期的造血祖细胞数量与骨髓相似,脐带血的造血祖细胞的增殖能力更强。

【Abstract】 The First Teaching Hospital,Beijing Medical University The effects of recombinant human granulocytes colony stimulating factor ,recombinanthuman granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor ,recombinant human interleukin-3 anderythropoietin on colony formation in umbilical cord blood and bone marrow were investigated inagar culture or methylcellulose culture system. The resultes revealed that cord bloed was rich inhematopoietic progenitor cells ,the number of early progenitor cells in cord blood were similar tothose in normal bone marrow and the progenitor cells in cord blood proliferated more vigorously.
