【Abstract】 The patient is a 29 years female,Her main complaints were anemia,bleeding,fever andpain in sternum. Acute basophilic leukemia was diagnosed by the blood smear and bone marrow.The results of ultrastructure showed that the groundplasms of granules of basophil in bonemarrow were prone to be hydrolyzed,difficult in fixation and most of the content had beenextracted during the sample preparation. This is perhaps the characteristic of bosophilic granules.Extraction has not been obsreved in the granules of other Basophilic promyelocytes,myelocytes,metamyelocytes and mature basophil.Extractions in Eosinophils were not observed.更多还原
