【摘要】 北五味子粗多糖（ＣＰＳＣ１００、２００、４００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１）灌胃给药，能明显对抗环磷酰胺（１５０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１）所致小鼠外周血白细胞的减少，并增加免疫抑制小鼠胸腺和脾脏重量。结果表明北五味子粗多糖具有升白细胞及增强免疫功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The coarse polysaccharides from schisandra chinensis(CPSC)(100 , 200 ,400 mg·kg-1)could significantly antagonize leukopenia of peripheral blood caused by the cyclophosphamide(150 mg·kg-1),and increase the weight of thymus and spleen in immunosuphressive mice.These re-sults suggested that CPSC could have the effect to elevate the leukocyte and strengthen the immunefunction on immunosuppressive mice.更多还原
