【Abstract】 Through theoretical analysis and experiment verification to aluminium profile extrusion dies,it is found that no all dies with various dimensions can achieve plasma chemical vapour deposition -PCVD,only when the Width of a bearing depth inthe die and the length of negative pole discharging to meet certain conditions,it can be achieved.
