【摘要】 系统研究快速型镍系列电刷镀液组份及工艺条件,测试镀液特征,技术参数、镀层性能,并介绍了实际应用,证明该镀液沉积速度快,镀厚能力强;镀层硬度高且范围宽,具有良好耐磨性能,镀层致密有光,具有一定的韧性,与基体结合强度高;镀液稳定,长期存放不分解,不沉淀,镀液pH值及成份不改变;该镀液可用于镀复工件的耐磨层、加厚层,也可做打底层使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The composition of the series of quick nickle brush electroplating solutions and their technical conditions were described. In practice,it was proved that the electnodeposition velocity is fast .the capality of adhering is wide, the dense and polishing electnoplated layer is high-abrasive,the coating can bind strongly with the monomericunit and has a certain malleability. The plating solution can be used as wear-resisting layer thickening layer and base layer of the workpieces.更多还原
