无开裂K2O—PbO—B2O3—SiO2系统凝胶的研究
Study on K2O-PbO- B2O3-SiO2 System Gel without Cracking
【摘要】 本文以二甲亚砜取代乙醇,并将凝胶进行热陈化处理,制得了无裂纹的K2O-PbO-B2O3-SiO2系统玻璃。其中,凝胶经热陈化处理平均孔径由36.5A提高到108.2A;以二甲亚砜取代乙醇,促进凝胶有机基因的分解,有利于凝胶向玻璃转变。
【Abstract】 A K2O-Pbo-B2O3-SiO2 system glass rod without cracks was obtained by substitu-ting dimethylsalfoxide for ethanol and by thermal aging. Through thermal aging, theaverage pore radius of gel is increased from 36.5A to 108.2A; replacement ethanol with dimethylsulfoxide which promotes the deposition of organic groups of gel network is helpful for gel to turn into glass. Thus the cracking of gel during heat treatment is restrained effeotively.
