【摘要】 对３５例肺弥漫性病变病因不明患者，在无Ｘ线电视透视下经纤维支气管镜作了肺活检（ＴＢＬＢ），纤支镜活检阳性率为８５％，诊断符合率达８３．３％。除２例发生轻度气胸外，未见其它严重并发症。提示ＴＢＬＢ是一种简单、安全、有效、值得推广的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 TBLB were performed on 35 cases of pulmonary diffuse diseases with unkown causes, without fluoroscopic guidance. The positive rate of TBLB was 85%, 83.3%was coincident clinical diagnosis. There were no other serious complications except for 2 cases of pneumothorax of mild degree. It suggests that TBLB is a simple, safe, effective method and is worht while to be recommeded.更多还原
