一种新型聚酯醚降解材料生物相容性研究
The Biocompatibility Study of a New Biodegradable Polyester Ether
【摘要】 作者主要参照国际标准化组织(ISO)对医用材料的评价标准,对新型聚酯醚降解材料(聚癸二酸—丁二醇—聚乙二醇共聚物PSBE)进行了12项生物学检测指标的研究。包括小鼠腹腔注射LD(50)的测定、急性全身毒性、热原、细胞毒性、过敏、溶血、皮肤和眼粘膜刺激、亚慢性毒性、体内短期和长期植入、小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核和Ame’s试验。研究结果表明:新型聚酯醚降解材料PSBE具有优良的生物相容性。
【Abstract】 According to international standard organization(ISO), biological evaluation of medical materials,we carried out a systemic biological evaluation of domestic medical polysebacic acid─1,4─butanediol─poly (ethyleneglycol) copolymer(PSBE). The 12 items included acute general toxicity,measurement of i. p. LD50, reaction of pyrogen and sensitization,irritation to eyes and skin hemolysis,cellular toxicity,subchronic toxicity,the embedding of the material under skin for short and long time, polychromatic erythrocyte of bone marrow, and Ame’s test. The result showed that this new medical biodegradable PSBE possess good biocompatibility.
