【Abstract】 Introduces an active database management system RuBDBMS which integrates the production rule system and the ORACLE DBMS.The rule subsystem called RuMES is implemented in the C language.A syntax is defined for the production rule definition as an extension to SQL.The rules are triggered by changes of database,and the condition and action paris of our production rules may refer to the current state of database as well as changes of the database. The rule subsystem provides a rule language facility to the programmers of database applications so that the integrity constraints,alerter and other aCtive database system features can be achieved.更多还原
