汽车板簧疲劳裂纹监测技术

【摘要】 介绍了一种适用于各类板簧疲劳试验、疲劳损伤(小裂纹的产生和扩展及其断裂)的监测方法及系统.利用板簧疲劳裂纹产生的声发射(AE)信号作为探伤的动态监测信号,开发、研制出抗干扰能力强、使用方便的专用AE传感器,针对AE信号设计出特殊的信号预处理电路,并利用8098CPU完成对AE信号的复杂处理和相应的诊断算法,并给出人机交互界面和强电控制输出口,完成对疲劳试验机的控制.经实验验证和使用,证明其具有强的抗干扰能力和实用性.

【Abstract】 An on-line monitoring and control system is introduced,which can be used in all kinds of plate spring fatigue forts and breakage detection.A special acoustic emission(AE)sensor,which is easy to attach and has high interference-free ability,has ho developed based on AE signal occurring in plate spring fatigue breakage,The system is composed of a 8098 microprocessor and a spedal AE signal processing circuit.The 8098 microprocessor is programmed to carry out the crack monitoring and diagnosingThe system provides a user friendly man-machine interface and a power control signal tO the fatigue testing machine when a crack occurred in the plate spring. Experiments show that the system is highly reliable and effective.
