铝合金表面稀土铈耐蚀膜

【摘要】 采用线性极化技术对在铝合金表面生成稀土耐蚀膜的21种工艺进行了筛选。考察了溶液浓度、温度、时间和pH值等工艺因素对成膜耐蚀性的影响.电化学测试结果表明,表面生成稀土耐蚀膜后铝合金的耐蚀性得到了显著改善,稀土耐蚀膜的存在既抑制了腐蚀的阴极过程,又抑制了阳极过程。氧、铈、铝是组成膜的3种主要元素。

【Abstract】 Linear polarazation method is used to select the best surface treatment technique for aluminium and its alloys in 21 kinds of cerium contained solution. The effects of the CeCl3 concentration, expose time, the solution temperature and pH on the corrosion resistance of the cerium rich coatings are discussed. The electrochemical measurement result shows that the corrosion resistance of aluminium alloy is significiantly improved after cerium rich coating is formed.Both cathodic and anodic corrosion processes are restrained. The surface analysis shows that the film consists of oxygen, cerium and aluminium.
