氢对铜电化学行为和NaNO2溶液应力腐蚀的影响

【摘要】 纯铜充氢后并不改变组织结构和晶粒大。而且抗拉强度、延伸率和面缩率也不变化,这表明铜没有氢脆。在NaNO溶液中,氢使纯铜的腐蚀电位、反应电阻降低,使应力腐蚀开裂敏感性升高,断口形貌不发生变化。

【Abstract】 Ultimate tensile strength, elongation and area reduction of charged specimen with hydrogen were the same as that of uncharged specimen, i.e., there is no hydrogen embrittlement for copper. However, fracture stress and fracture time of SCC of charged specimen in NaNO2 solution were lower than that of uncharged specimens,i.e., hydrogen enhanced the suscepetibility to SCC for Cu. On the other hand, Hydrogen reduced corrosion potential and impedance.
