立式涡流磨的粉碎机理探讨

【摘要】 针对目前国内粉碎设备耗能大、生产能力小的现状,研制出一种实用的粉碎机——LWM-80型立式涡流磨。分析了磨机粉碎室内的物料运动和粉碎机理,并通过粉碎试验验证了样机的性能及工艺流程的合理性和实用性。

【Abstract】 Against the exist situation which grinding mills have high power con- sumption and low productivity in our country,a vertical vortex-flow pulverizer (Model:LWM-80)is developed.In this paper,the flow laws of air and raw materi- als in grinding chamber are studied,the advanced mechanism of this kind of pulver- izer is discussed in detail.Through the experiment of pulverization on the site,the performance of this pulverizer is examined.At the meantime,the rationality and usefulness of technological process of the pulverizer is also examined.
