果树根系水土保持效能的植物学机理
Botany Mechanism on Soil-Water Conservation Efficiency of Fruit Tree Roots
【摘要】 通过对北京北部山区密云县石匣小流域综合治理示范果园内的苹果、梨、板栗等果树根系植物学特性的测定,认为果树根系保持水土效能的植物学机理是:根系的分布具有明显的成层性和钢筋网络特征,能创造出多层次的松、紧相间的土体构造,能促进土壤团聚体的形成,能显著地改善土壤的透水性能,根系自身具有强大的吸水能力和保水能力。研究结果为优先选用果树作水土保持林提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The botany characteristics of fruit tree roots,such as apple,pear,chest- nut are studied in the mountain area of North Beijing;then the botany mechanism on the soil-water conservation efficiency of root system of the fruit trees described as following:the distribution of root system has the features of layer and net shape,which produces multilayered structure with loose and compact soil layer al- ternatively,promotes the granular structure formation,and improves the infiltra- tion ability,and the root system itself also has the ability to suck and reserve wa- ter.These results provide scientific basis for selecting fruit trees to form the soil- water conservation forests.
