羧甲基纤维素钠可食性薄膜的研制
Study on CMC-Na Edible Film
【摘要】 研究了 CMC-Na 的成膜特性和膜的物理机械性能;测定了 CMC-Na 的质量分数和乙二醇的加入量对膜的物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,以质量分数为1.7%的 CMC-Na 作为成膜剂,以体积分数为7%的乙二醇作为增塑剂,可以制得性能优良的薄膜。对 CMC-Na 和海藻酸钠复合膜特性的分析表明,复合膜的性能优于单纯膜。
【Abstract】 The property of CMC-Na on film forming,the physical and mechanical properties of the film are studied.The effects of the concentrations of CMC-Na,and the amount of glycol on the mechanical property of the film are investigated.The re- sults show that the high quality of the film can be obtained using 1.7% CMC-Na as film forming agent and 7% glycol as plasticizing agent.Also,properties of the compos- ite film of CMC-Na and sodium alginate are measured and compared.
