【摘要】 为了用ＴＦＴＡＭＬＣＤ作为微型计算机的监视器，根据目前ＴＦＴＡＭＬＣＤ屏的水平并基于ＣＧＡ的显示标准，设计了ＴＦＴＡＭＬＣＤ控制模块，该模块包括液晶显示控制器（ＬＣＤＣ）、编码电路、显存等几部分，它能够满足ＣＧＡ的所有标准，正确接收和支持ＣＰＵ指令，支持ＲＯＭ－ＢＩＯＳ例程；能够提供液晶显示组件所需的各种控制信号，尤其是与ＣＲＴ不同的信号。测试结果表明，利用所设计的控制模块能够用ＴＦＴＡＭＬＣＤ取代ＣＲＴ终端，实现ＣＧＡ方式的显示。更多还原
