发动机铝铸件三维凝固过程数值模拟研究
3-D NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF THE SOLIDIFICATION PROCESS OF ALUMINUM ALLOY CASTINGS FOR ENGINES
【摘要】 研究了应用有限元法进行发动机铝铸件三维凝固过程的数值模拟,建立了铸件/铸型等效边界条件,提出了凝固潜热的有效处理方法。应用自己开发的铸件三维凝固过程有限元分析软件包对发动机铸件进行了凝固数值模拟计算,取得了较为满意的结果。
【Abstract】 3-D numerical simulation of the solidification process of aluminum castings for internal combustion engines has been studied using the finite element method.An equivilent heat transfer boundry condition between casting and the sand mold has been developed and the latent heat durins the solidification process of castings treated officiently.The solidification process of castings were simulated by a software for 3-D numerical simulation of solidification processes.Satisfactory results have been obtained.
