烧结配用转炉渣的试验室研究
Laboratory Sintering Test with Blend-in BOS Slag
【摘要】 运用均匀设计法对转炉渣配入烧结进行试验室试验,结果表明:烧结配入转炉渣对降低焦粉消耗和提高烧结矿的转鼓强度TI有利,但会降低烧结生产率、烧结矿的TFe和还原性能RI,对烧结矿中的P2O5有明显提高,对烧结矿的低温还原粉化性能RDI有升高的趋势,而对烧结矿中硫的影响不明显。结果还表明:细粒转炉渣比粗粒转炉渣更有利于烧结试验。
【Abstract】 By means of homogenious design, the result from laboratory sintering test with sintering mix blended in BOS slag shows that it is of benefit to the reduction of coke fines consumption and the improvment of TI while the productivity of sintering, TFe and RI of the sintered ore are decreased, and in the sintered ore P2O5 content is remarkably Increased, RDI trends to increase and S content remains constant. In addition, BOS slag in fine size is more advantageous to sintering test than in course size.
