【Abstract】 Aiming to the needs of market economic derelopment,this paper studies the reform scheme of planning railway freight traffic production and planning working technologies of railway transportation, discusses the relationship between railway transportation production plan and consignor, the working procedure of railway transport production plan, and the basic functions inedspensable to a computer system for planning railway transportation production.
