工程图纸轮廓提取方法及其在工程手写字符识别中的应用
The Image Contour Extraction of Engineering Drawings and Its Applications to Recognizing Hand Writing Characters
【摘要】 提出了一种新的适用于大幅面二值图象轮廓提取方法,该方法具有数据量少、速度快、边缘噪声不敏感、轮廓近似度任意和易于以专用硬件实现预处理等特点,还提出了一种基于FFT的字符轮廓特征提取和识别方法,并给出了实验结果。
【Abstract】 A new contour extraction method suitable to large size binary image is presented in this paper. The implementation in which the preprocessing is able to be completed with a special hardware needs smaller memory space and fewer time. The extracted contour is insensitive to noise and can approximate the original object so much as needed. An FFT-based feature extraction method for the reonition of hand writing engineering characters is presented and the experimental results are shown.
