加载波形对车轴钢疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响
The Influence of Load Wave on the Rate of Fatigue Crack Growth in Axle Steel
【摘要】 采用电位法裂纹测量技术与断口形貌分析相结合,讨论了加载波形对车轴钢长、短裂纹扩展速率的影响。结果表明,车轴钢对加载波形的变化具有一定的敏感性,在相同的驱动力(△K)作用下,矩形波加载的裂纹扩展速率普遍高于正弦波加载的裂纹扩展速率。从断口形貌SEM照片上也证实了这一点。
【Abstract】 Using the technology of the electrical potential method to measure the crack lengths,we discuss the effect of load wave on the rate of long and short fatigue crack growth in axle steel.The results show that the propagation properties of fatigue crack in axle steel is fairly sensitive to the load wave.It is pointed out that in the case of the same driving force (△K) the propagatoin rate of a crack under the rectangular pulse load is faster than that under the sinusoidal wave load,especially in the short crack stage.And this is also demonstrated by the fractographic with SEM.
