饲料营养成分对草鱼、团头鲂和青鱼鱼种阶段的饲料可消化能值的影响

【摘要】 为了探讨饲料可消化能值同饲料营养成分之间的关系,用Cr2O3作指示物,分别测定了鱼粉和大豆粕等饲料原料的草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)团头鲂(Megalobrama amblyocephala Yih)青鱼(Myloparyngodon piceus)鱼种饲料的可消化能,用微机计算分析测试结果,发现饲料可消化能值随饲料蛋白质和/或脂肪食量增加而增加;随饲料无氮浸出物和/或纤维含量增加而降低。同时,“优选”出了有一定实用价值的估算草鱼、团头鲂和青鱼鱼种饲料可消化能值的回归方程。

【Abstract】 All test diets were composed of fish meal anchovy, soybean meal (solvent), cottonseed cake, rapeseed meal (solvent), rice bran, wheat bran and rapeseed oil, and 0. 5 % of chromic oxide was used as digestion indicator, Digestible energy values in these diets were determined with fingerlings of grass carp Ctenopharyngo-don idella (B. W. 5. 4g), bluntnose black bream Megalobrama amblyocephala Yih (B. W. 35. 5g) and black carp Mylopharyngndon piceus (B. W 5. 0g), respectively. The determined results were handled with a microcomputer and the following conclusions were drawn. (l) The contents of protein, fat, nitrogen-free extracts and fiber in the test diets affect di-gestible energy values in the diets for grass carp, bluntnose black bream and black carp, and the degree of the effect to degestible energy values is fat > protein > nitrogen - free extracts > fiber. Digestible energy values in the test diets increase as the content of protien and/or fat increases in the diets, but decrease as the content of nitrogen-free extracts and/or fiber increases in the diets. (2) The regression equations between the degestible energy values (Y) of grass carp, bluntnose black bream and black carp feeds, and the content of feed protein (X,), fat (X,) and nitro- gen-free extracts (X,) are: Y= - 6. 57+29. 44X1 + 37. 93X2+ 16. 66X3 Y= - 6. 97+ 30. 52X1+40. 77X2+ 18. 24X3 Y= 6. 74+ 15. 56X1 +22. 32X2 respectively. The regression equations between the digestible energy values of the feeds of grass carp, bluntnose black bream and black carp, and the contents of feed digestible protien (X’ 1 ), fat (X’2) and nitrogen-free extracts (X’ 3) are: Y= - 4. 82+ 30. 25X’ 1 + 42. 73X’ 2 + 25. 91X’ 3 Y= - 3. 74+ 28. 52X’ 1 + 43. 71X’ 2 + 23. 84X’3 Y= - 3. 16 + 27. 55X’ 1 +40. 92X’ 2 + 24. 42X’ 3 These equations are of certain practical value for estimating digestible energy values in the feeds 0f the fingerlings of grass carp, bluntnose black bream and black carp.
