5-Br-PADAP分光光度法测定钒
SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF VANADIUM WITH 5-Br-PADAP
【摘要】 本文报告了在水-乙醇介质中,2-(5-Br-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙二氨基酚(简称5-Br-PADAP)与钒(V)形成稳定的配合物,其最大吸收波长为595nm,摩尔吸光系数为3.3×104.系统研究了用5-Br-PADAP分光光度测定钒的适宜条件,试验了其它离子的影响,结果表明仅有个别离子有干扰。钒浓度在0~23.6μmol/L(0~40μg/25ml)范围内遵守比尔定律。该方法用于土壤样品分析,准确度、重现性良好。
【Abstract】 This paper reports that vanadium and 5-Br-PADAP formed a stable corrdination compound in the medium of water-ethanol.The maximum absorbance of the coordination compound was 595nm. Its apparent molar absorptivity was ε595=3.3×104.The optimum conditions for spectrophotometric determination of vanadium were investigated.The influence of co-existing ions on determination of vanadium was studied. Beer’s law was obeyed within a vanadium concentration range of 0 to 23.6μmol/L. This method has been used to determine vanadium in soils with satisfactory results.
