牛磺酸对家兔膈肌诱发电位和跨膈压的影响
EFFECTS OF TAURINE ON DIAPHRAGM EVOKED POTENTIAL AND TRANSDIAPHRAGMATIC PRESSURE
【摘要】 持续电刺激膈神经30~40min复制膈肌疲劳(DiF),分别测量伤前及伤后30min、60min、90min、120min的跨膈压(Pdi)及膈肌诱发电位(DEP)变化,实验发现:复制DiF后,Pdi减少44.2%;DEP幅度降低48.03%;DEP潜伏期延长23.7%.上述变化可被静脉注射牛磺酸100mg/kg所对抗.结果表明:DEP可以作为评价膈肌疲劳的一项指标;牛磺酸对电刺激致伤膈肌有保护作用.
【Abstract】 Electric stimulation of phrenic nerve were performed experimentally for 30~40minto induce diaphragmatic fatigue on rabbits anesthetized with urethan. The transdiaphragmaticpressure(Pdi) and diaphragm evoked potential(DEP) were measured before and 30min,60min,90min and 120min after stimulation. Pdi and the amplitude of DEP were obviously decreased, thelatency of DEP delayed 30min after injury. These change can be inhibited by the adminstration of100mg/kg of taurine. The results indicate that the diaphramatic fatigue can evaluated by DEP andthat the taurine can protect significantly against diaphragmatic fatigue from the phrenic nervestimulation.
