油菜菌核病菌营养生理研究

【摘要】 试验结果表明:油菜菌核病菌菌丝生长最适温度23-25℃,菌丝致死温度45℃,菌核致死温度75℃;pH5-6时最适宜菌丝生长;对铵态氮利用能力强,不能利用亚硝态氮;对 精氨酸、天门冬氨酸、酪氨酸、谷氨酸利用能力较强,赖氨酸利用能力较差;本文还对不同天然培养基上的菌核生长情况进行了比较。

【Abstract】 The temperature range for hypha growth of sclerotinia sclerotiorum was 0~34℃,of which,23 ~25℃ was the most favourable temperature.The lethal temperature for hypha and sclerotia was 45℃,75℃,respoctively.The pH5~6 was the most favorable for hypha growth and sclerotia formation.The pathogene could assimilate NH+4-N in inorganic nitrogen and Arg.and Tyr.in organic nitrogen ,effectiveiy , but it could not assimilate No-2-N in inorganic nitrogen and Lys.n organic nitrogen.The comparison of the growth of hypha and selerotia in different media was also made.
