【摘要】 采用不同波长的激光进行光动力学治疗（ＰＤＴ）鼻咽癌共１０８例，方法是同用ＹＨＰＤ作敏化剂，照射光源分别采用染料激光波长６３０ｎｍ治疗５７例，Ａｒ＋激光波长４８８ｎｍ和５１４ｎｍ治疗５１例。近期疗效（ＣＲ＋ＳＲ）９６例，显效率为８８．９％，其中完全效应（ＣＲ）５７例（５２．８％）。远期疗效３年生存为４９例（４５．４％），５年生存２８例（２５．９％）。分析了两种不同激光光源的作用机理，比较了两组的疗效，讨论了ＰＤＴ对鼻咽癌治疗适应症及存在问题，说明ＰＤＴ可作为鼻咽癌放射治疗的一种辅助疗法，提示染料激光（６３０ｎｍ）和Ａｒ＋激光（５１４ｎｍ和４８８ｎｍ混合光）均可作为ＰＤＴ的光源使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 cases of Nasopharyngecal Carcioma were treared by photodynamictherapy (PDT).24 and/or 48 and 72 hours after iv administration of 3-5mg/kg YHpD, lasertreatment with either argon or dye laser was given. Dye laser(630nm) with over 350mW outputtransmitted through a quartz fiber was given to 57 patients. Argon laser488. 0nm and 514.5nm )was delivered to 51 patients. The long term results were:3-year survival in 49 cases(45.4%),5-year survival in 23 cases( 25.9.The efficacy, indication and problems of photodynamictherapy for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma using argon or dye laser are discussed.
