【摘要】 本文测定了霍山石斛、铜皮石斛和铁皮石斛根、叶及不同生长期的茎中１７种游离氨基酸含量。发现大多数氨基酸分布有如下关系：一年茎＞叶＞三年茎＞二年茎≈四年茎＞根。相关分析表明，不同品种的各种氨基酸在不同生长部位中的分布相关关系是ｒ霍，铜＞ｒ霍，铁＞ｒ铜．铁，铜皮石斛与霍山石斛最为相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of 17 kinds of free amino acids in roots. leaves and stems of Dendrobium Huoshanense,D.moniliforme and D. candidum was determined,and the relations among them were as follows: one-year-stem>leaf>three-year-stem>two-year-stem≈fear-stem>root. The distributions of amino acids in different parts of the threekinds of Dendrobium were also studied with correlative method,and the results indicated that D. moniliforme is most similarto D. huoshanense on the distribution for rhuosh.monil>rhuosh.cand>rmonil.cand in three kinds of Dendrobium.更多还原
