胡萝卜人工种子制作
Production of Carrot Artificial Seeds
【摘要】 通过胡萝卜胚状体离频发生，人工种子在无菌条件下发芽率达９８％，温室移栽后成活率为８５％。
【Abstract】 In this experiment, the seedling rate of the artificial seeds from carrot embryos nich were produced frequently under sterile conditions reached 98%,and the Survival rate of the seedlings transplanted into the greenhouse was up to 85%.
