【Abstract】 It takes halohydrocarbon,activated Promoter, ether,organic acid,phenol,Praffin wax, hydroxymethylate cellulose, etal. as a raw ma-terials, the new type of paint remover was prepared . It has some advantages that is high-efficeency, high-speed,no combution ,wide ra-nge of varnish paint , no corrosion substrate materialetal. This paper dis-cribed the prepare method of new type of paint remover , discussed the role of any component and the effects of the properties of new type of paint re-mover .
