耐高温耐腐蚀树脂聚苯硫醚酮(PKS)的合成
THE SYNTHESIS OF A HIGH-TEMPERATURE RESISTANT AND CORROSION-RESISTANT RESIN (PKS)
【摘要】 本文研究了以4,4’-二氯二苯酮和硫化钠为原料,在催化剂的作用下合成了耐高温耐腐蚀树脂聚苯硫醚酮(PKS)。用正交设计的方法优化出单体4,4’-二氯二苯酮和聚苯硫醚酮合成的较优工艺条件;用红外光谱和裂解色谱分析了聚苯硫醚酮(PKS)的结构式为:其熔点和热稳定性均比PPS高,接近PEEK,且比PEEK成本低。
【Abstract】 A high-temperature and corrosion-resistant resin poly(kotone sulfide) (PKS) was synthesized by catalysis with 4.4’ -dichlorobenzophenone and sodium sulfide as raw materical- The optimum synthetic condition were also obtained by using orthogonal testing method . The structure of PKS which is presentedas was characterized by infrared spectra and splitting chromatography . The results showed that the melting point and heat stability of PKS are higher than those of PPS and approach to those of PEEK. The cost of PKS is lower than PEEK’ s.
