弹性体改性聚碳酸酯研究

【摘要】 在聚碳酸酯(PC)中,加入不同份数的弹性体型甲基丙烯酸甲酯类共聚物R,进行了熔融共混挤出,并测试了共混物的各种力学性能,用扫描电镜和动态力学测量研究了材料的形态和结构。结果表明,R和PC有部分相容性。它是PC非常有效的增韧剂,同时,可以改善PC的加工流动性,二者共混可望开发出有重要实际意义的塑料合金。
【Abstract】 Polycarbonate (PC) with different amount of elastomeric methyl methacrylate(MMA)copolymer R was meltingextruded by a twin screw extruder. Various mechanical properites of the blends PC/ R were measured,and the morphology of fractured surfaces and the structure of the samples was observed using SEM.The results show that the elastomeric MMA copolymer R,which is partially compatible with PC,is a very efficient toughening agent and improves the melting flow rate(MFR) for PC.
