【摘要】 本文通过沙门氏菌致突变试验（Ａｍｅｓ试验），小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验及小鼠精子致畸形试验的检测，探讨Ｋ－Ｓｅ有无致突变潜在毒性。结果未测到Ｋ－Ｓｅ对体细胞及生殖细胞的潜在致突变作用。提示Ｋ－Ｓｅ在致突变作用方面是安全的。关键词更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported the results of mutagenesis of K-Se assayed with theSalmonella mutagenicity test (Ames test);micronucleus test of polychromatic erythroblast inmouse bone marrow and aberration of sperm test in mouse. The results showed that the mu-tagenesis to somatic cells and reproductive cells has not been detected under the condition ofthese tests.It is believed that K-Se maybe safe on potential mutagenesis.更多还原
