亚共晶铝硅合金晶粒度热分析法评估判据

【摘要】 从液态合金凝固的热力学、动力学及传热学角度,对铸造合金的晶粒细化过程作了分析,综合现有的铝硅合金晶粒细化度热分析法评估判据,针对晶体的形核和长大过程,提出了“过冷面积和团相生长加速度”的晶粒细化度的评估判据。

【Abstract】 Based on thermal dynamics, billetics and heat--transfer of solidification of the liquid metal, the grain refining treatments has been analyzed in the field of casting alloys. The existing evaluation criterions for grain refinement of Al--Si alloys by thermal analysis were reviewed. According to nucleation and growth of crystals, the new evaluation criterions of "undercooling area and growth acceleration of solid phase" were suggested.
