【摘要】 本文研究了一组老年ＶＢＩ患者的临床表现及ＢＡＥＰ，共３０例，其中男２０例，女１０例，平均年龄６７．３６岁。结果显示，该组每例均有眩晕或头晕，最常见神经系统体征是眼震和Ｒｏｍｂｅｒｇ氏征阳性，ＢＡＥＰ异常率为８０．０％。作者认为，ＢＡＥＰ对ＶＢＩ具有诊断意义，即使对没有相应神经系统体征者亦然。但ＶＢＩ的诊断仍不能脱离临床表现。并提出ＶＢＩ的诊断标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 We reported the clinical manifestations and BAEP in 30 elderly patients with VBI.Among them 20 cases were male and 10 were female,The average age was 67.36 years of age.The result showed that each patient in the group had vertigo or dizziness and the commomest neurological signs were nystagmus and postive Romberg’s sign.The abnormality rate of BAEP was 80.0%.The authors concluded that BAEP was of diagnostic importance in VBI,even in the ccases without correlative neurological signs,and yet the diagnosis of VBI still strongly based on clinical manifestations.Finally,we set forward the diagnostic criteria for VBI.更多还原
