【Abstract】 Twenty cases of male infertile patients with low motility of spermatozoa or oligozoospermia were treated with Zhongguo Shenfang(Chinese Wonderfuly Prescription).Before and after treatment,each semen sample was collected and analyzed by using seminal fluid assay(SFA)and sperm penetration assay(SPA)simultaneously. Results showed that there were significant difference between the total sperm count,motility,forward mobility. sperm-ovum binding percentage and fertilization rate before and after treatment(P<0.05).更多还原
