【摘要】 31例慢性活动期胃溃疡(直径>0.5cm)患者随机分为中药和胃宁组及泰胃美组,观察结果表明,和胃宁治疗前后胃液 pH、总酸度、胃蛋白酶、基础胃酸、最大胃酸及高峰胃酸(五肽胃泌素法)均无显著性改变,P>0.05;而泰胃美治疗后上述指标均有极显著性变化,P<0.01～0.001。二种药物对幽门螺旋杆菌均无清除作用。提示和胃宁疗效与泰胃美相同,但机制不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty-one cases of active chronic gastric ulcer confirmed by gastro-endoscopy were randomly allocated to Tagamet as a control group for 6 weeks,and He Wei Ning(HWN)was given as treated group for 6 weeks. Results:(1)There was no significant difference in the rate of relieving abdominal pain between the two groups: (2)The pH.pepsin,total acidity,basic and maximum and peak acid output of gastric juice weren’t obviously changed after HWN treatment:(3)HP(helicobacter pylori)positive rate was not changed after the treatmeny of two drugs:(4)The rate of ulcer healing at 6 weeks time showed no significant difference between the two groups.更多还原
