香青兰对冠心病患者脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用

【摘要】 本研究观察了40例冠心病患者香青兰治疗前后血浆、血小板 LPO、SOD、SeGSHPx 及血浆 TXB2、6-keto-PGF的变化,结果表明,冠心病患者血浆 TXB2、LPO、PL-LPO 显著增加,SOD、PL-SOD 显著降低。香青兰治疗后血浆 TXB2、LPO、PL-LPO 均显著降低,6-keto-PGF、SOD、PL-SOD、PL-SeGSHPx 显著提高。电镜观察示,香青兰治疗后血小板超微结构改变好转,腺苷酸环化酶活性增加。提示香青兰是一味很有希望的抗氧化剂和治疗冠心病的中草药。

【Abstract】 Dracocephali moldavicae is an annual herbaceous plant,its effect in protecting the ischemic myocardia has been proved in the animal experiment,but has not been used in treating the coronary heart disease(CHD)and resisting against the free radicals injury.The activities of SOD.SeGSHPx and content of LPO in plasma and platelets and the contents of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF in plasma were determined in 40 patients with CHD. compared with 44 healthy controls.The results showed that the contents of LPO.platelets-LPO(PL-LPO)and TXB2 were significantly elevated,the SOD.PL-SOD activities were significantly reduced.The contents of TXB2 LPO,PL-LPO lowered significantly,while the activities of SOD,PL-SOD.PL-SeGSHPx and the content of 6- keto-PGF increased in patients with CHD after medication.The platelet uhrastructure improved and the activities of adenylate cyclase in platelet raised by taking this herb.Our results showed that Drucocephali moldavicae is a hopeful antioxidant and a new herb for treating the patients with CHD.
